Yasmin completed the Juris Doctor program at Western Law. She earned her Honours Bachelor of Arts, with a double major in Political Science and Criminology, from Trinity College at The University of Toronto. Prior to attending law school, Yasmin worked as an Aquatic Leader for The City of Vaughan.
At Western Law, Yasmin is the Student Director of the Western Business Law Clinic (WBLC) and Co-Chair of the Wellness Committee. Yasmin coordinated the WBLC’s first partnership with Pro Bono Students Canada and launched a public legal education program focused on business law. Yasmin competed in numerous advocacy competitions, earning herself a spot as a semi-finalist in the Torys LLP Negotiation Competition, as well as finalist positions in the BLG Client Consultation Competition and the Legate and Associates Medical Malpractice Moot.
Yasmin is an avid foodie, music enthusiast and loves contemporary art.
Yasmin was a summer student at Gardiner Roberts in 2017 and returned to article for the 2018-2019 term.
