Executive Summary

Tyler is an associate and a member of the Transportation and Logistics Group at Gardiner Roberts. Tyler represents clients in a wide range of maritime and transportation disputes, including cargo claims, property damage matters, insurance coverage issues and regulatory. In addition to his transportation practice, Tyler also advises clients on a broad range of commercial litigation matters.

Tyler earned his Juris Doctor from Western University. During law school, he co-managed the AthletesCAN Sport Solution Clinic, a free legal clinic providing legal services to Canada’s National Team, Olympic, and Paralympic athletes. Before joining Gardiner Roberts, Tyler practised at a boutique litigation firm in Toronto, where he developed a broad commercial litigation practice.

Outside the office, Tyler enjoys spending time with friends and family, golfing, and exploring Toronto’s vibrant food scene.
