Executive Summary

Simona is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group at Gardiner Roberts LLP.  She maintains a general commercial litigation practice with a focus on professional liability matters.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2022, Simona articled in-house with the professional liability insurer of lawyers in Ontario. This experience provided Simona with a unique and in-depth understanding of defending professional negligence claims. 

Before articling and throughout law school, Simona gained knowledge of the corporate/commercial legal landscape while working as a Research Assistant for two preeminent professors at Osgoode Hall Law School in the areas of commercial law, banking and finance law, corporate law, and corporate governance.
