Simon is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Gardiner Roberts. His practice focuses on transactions relating to commercial real estate financings, acquisitions and dispositions, and joint ventures. Simon regularly acts for traditional and alternative lenders in conventional and complex financings, including term loans insured by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, as well as mezzanine and construction loan facilities. Simon also advises commercial real estate asset managers, developers, and investors with respect to their projects and portfolios.
