Rojin is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. She maintains a general litigation practice with a focus on commercial, professional liability and defamation litigation.
Rojin summered and articled at the firm prior to joining the firm as an associate. She completed her Canadian and American Juris Doctor degrees at the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class.
At law school, Rojin chaired the Career Development Advisory Committee as well the Iranian Law Society. She also volunteered at the Windsor Community Legal Aid and the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Legal Clinic in Detroit, Michigan. In 2016, Rojin was awarded the Windsor Law Social Justice Fellowship to work at the Great Lakes Environmental Law Centre in Michigan, where she advocated for environmental justice.
Rojin’s diverse background and experiences allow her to provide her clients with prompt, strategic and practical advice to achieve the best possible outcome. In addition to her main litigation practice, Rojin provides general business law advice to small businesses and corporations.
Rojin is fluent in Farsi.
