- Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec in providing Cdn$65 million in financing facilities to an e-commerce company
- Bank of Montreal in providing credit facilities to Bragg Gaming Group Inc., an iGaming content and technology solutions service provider, in a cross-border, multi-jurisdictional transaction
- Bank of Montreal as administrative agent, co-lead arranger, bookrunner and lender of Cdn$100 million in syndicated commercial real estate financing facilities to a leading Canadian hospitality investment, development and management group in connection with the acquisition and renovation two hotel properties
- The Bank of Nova Scotia in providing Cdn$75 million in financing facilities to a national environmental and industrial services company
- Bank of Montreal as administrative agent, lead arranger, bookrunner and lender of US$76 million syndicated technology debt financing facilities to a telecommunications and cloud services company
- HSBC Bank Canada (now Royal Bank of Canada) in providing Cdn$45 million in the form of a demand operating loan facility to a large North American contractor and industrial products marketing/buying group connecting independent distributors with suppliers
- Bank of Montreal as administrative agent, lead arranger, bookrunner, and lender of approximately US$90 million in syndicated technology debt financing facilities to Quisitive Technology Solutions Inc., a software company and premier Microsoft cloud and AI solutions partner, in a multi-jurisdictional transaction
- Bank of Montreal in providing approximately Cdn$59,750,000 in financing facilities to a large group of Canadian companies providing high voltage power delivery systems and related products and services
- Acted as counsel to Sustainalytics Holdings B.V. with respect to the sale of 100% of its shares to Morningstar, Inc. in a transaction valued at approximately EUR170 million
- Acted as counsel to sellers and buyers on the selling and buying of businesses through share and/or asset transactions, including software companies, logistics, trucking, warehousing and distribution companies in various sectors, industrial supplies and services companies, dentistry practices, and fast food franchises
- Acted as counsel to an energy-efficiency focused investment firm that funds, develops and manages building retrofits using an energy-as-a-service model
