Peter is an associate lawyer in the Commercial Real Estate Group. His practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate financings, acquisitions and dispositions, and he often advises clients on related leasing and corporate/commercial matters. Peter frequently represents institutional borrowers and both senior and subordinate lenders in secured financing transactions ranging from conventional term loans to complex construction loan facilities. He also has broad experience acting for both sides of real estate purchase and sale transactions involving diverse property types, including multi-residential, retail, office and industrial buildings, educational facilities and long-term care homes.
Peter has been a practicing lawyer in Ontario since June 2017. Prior to joining the firm, he spent his entire legal career working as an associate at a boutique commercial real estate law firm in downtown Toronto, until the firm merged with Gardiner Roberts in January 2025.
