Executive Summary

Mason is an associate at Gardiner Roberts and a member of both the Transportation and Logistics Law Group and the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. He maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on commercial disputes, professional negligence, and transportation-related matters. Mason first joined the firm as a summer student in 2023, completed his articles the following year, and returned as an associate in 2025.

Mason earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, where he distinguished himself both academically and athletically as captain of the men’s varsity hockey team. He also played professional hockey with the Trois-Rivières Lions (ECHL), an affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens (NHL) and the Laval Rocket (AHL), and brings the same discipline and teamwork to his legal practice.

He is a member of the Canadian Maritime Law Association and the Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation (CITT).
