Kevin is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group at Gardiner Roberts. He maintains a general litigation practice with a focus on commercial disputes and professional liability matters, and also advises clients on adverse possession and easement applications, real estate and mortgage disputes, TARION delayed occupancy claims, and environmental contamination issues.

Kevin began his career at Gardiner Roberts as a summer and articling student and returned to the firm as an associate in 2021.
