Jordan is an associate and member of the Commercial Real Estate Group at Gardiner Roberts.
Jordan is developing a broad commercial real estate practice. His practice focuses on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, secured financing transactions, and commercial leasing. Jordan acts for private investors, institutional lenders, borrowers, developers, landlords, and tenants across a variety of asset classes, including vacant land, mixed-use residential, industrial, and commercial properties.
In addition to his real estate practice, Jordan assists with corporate and commercial matters, including corporate reorganizations and ownership structuring in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
Jordan joined the firm as an associate in 2024 after previously working at an international law firm as a summer and articling student.
