Executive Summary

Isabel (Kisook) Yoo is an associate working with the Director of Legal Research to provide comprehensive legal analysis and opinions for the Dispute Resolution lawyers on a wide range of topics and issues. Isabel also assists the Dispute Resolution lawyers in developing strategy and arguments and by drafting pleadings and written materials.

Isabel practiced civil litigation at a full-service firm before pivoting to a knowledge management position. Prior to practicing, Isabel articled as a judicial law clerk for the Ontario Superior Court of Justice where she honed her research and analysis skills and gained valuable insight into the judicial decision-making process.
