Executive Summary
Daria is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group at Gardiner Roberts. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial disputes as well as professional liability matters. She has appeared before both the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal, assisting clients through complex and high-stakes litigation with a clear and steady approach.
In addition to her litigation practice, Daria serves as the firm’s Chief Legal Talent Officer. She oversees all aspects of the associate and student experience – from recruitment and onboarding to training, performance development, mentorship, and professional growth. Daria works closely with firm leadership to support a collaborative team culture and help advance Gardiner Roberts’ long-term strategic goals. She is also a member of the National Association of Law Placement (NALP).
Outside the office, Daria enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, attending concerts and sporting events, playing softball, and finding time to read.
