Conal is an associate lawyer and a member of the Transportation & Logistics Law Group at Gardiner Roberts LLP.
His practice encompasses a range of disputes involving all manner of maritime and transportation issues including cargo litigation matters, property damage and casualty claims, and regulatory proceedings before the federal and provincial governments.
In addition to his transportation work, Conal also acts for clients in general commercial litigation and insurance matters.
He is a member of the Canadian Transport Lawyers Association and the Canadian Maritime Law Association.
