Abigail is an associate lawyer in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Gardiner Roberts LLP. She maintains a litigation practice focused on corporate and commercial disputes, as well as professional liability.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2023, Abigail summered and articled at Gardiner Roberts LLP.
Abigail obtained her JD from Queen’s University Faculty of Law. While in law school, Abigail won the 2020-2021 Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP Prize for the student exhibiting the highest proficiency in the areas of Corporations and Taxation. She was the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Canadian Journal of Commercial Arbitration and worked as a research assistant on a transnational commercial litigation paper published in the American Journal of International Law.
