Executive Summary
Neesa is the Supervisor of Litigation Clerks at Gardiner Roberts and is certified at the Fellowship Level by the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario. She has been with the firm since 2006 and brings extensive litigation experience and leadership to the litigation support team.
Neesa assists lawyers in the Dispute Resolution Group across all areas of litigation and has a particular interest in matters involving mortgage and real estate fraud. She has a comprehensive understanding of litigation procedures at all levels of court, including Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal. In addition to general civil litigation matters, Neesa has extensive experience with mortgage fraud matters, including large scale frauds, and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on professional liability files.
