Neesa is the Supervisor of Litigation Clerks, certified by the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario at the Fellowship Level. She has been working at Gardiner Roberts LLP since April, 2006.

Neesa provides assistance to the lawyers in the Dispute Resolution group in all litigation areas, with a keen in interest in files surrounding mortgage and other frauds. She has a comprehensive understanding of litigation procedures, including Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal matters. In addition to general civil litigation files, she has worked extensively on files including mortgage fraud, real estate transactions, and commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on professional liability matters.
