She regularly prepares and reviews transactional and loan closing documents, negotiates title insurance policies, drafts requisition letters and interim and final reports, and manages electronic registrations in Teraview, including filings under the Ontario Personal Property Security Act.
Before joining Gardiner Roberts in 2025, she spent 16 years at Bogart Robertson & Chu LLP. Kendra has also supported large acquisition portfolios. With extensive experience closing commercial financings from start to finish, she brings a depth of experience and a steady, detail-oriented approach to her work.
