Kendra’s duties and responsibilities include conducting and reviewing off-title due diligence searches as well as preparing off-title memorandums; conducting and reviewing corporate searches; completing and reviewing title searches and preparing detailed title summary reports; preparing and reviewing transactional and financing/loan closing documents; obtaining and negotiating title insurance policies; drafting requisition letters, interim reports and final reports; and attending to the preparation and registration of electronic documents in Teraview including PPSA filings under the Personal Property Security Act (Ontario).
Kendra has vast experience in closing commercial financings from start to finish and has assisted with large acquisition portfolios.
Prior to joining Gardiner Roberts in 2025, Kendra worked at Bogart Robertson & Chu LLP for 16 years.
